TEXAS COUNTRY BBQ

This place is fantastic! We need a sample meal of all the meats and everything was juicy and full of flavor. For side the sweet potato casserole was the star of the show. Highly recommend driving to the Southside for this meal

Service was outstanding. Very friendly staff and food was amazing. Brisket, ribs, sausage, and all sides were delicious. I highly recommend the sweet potato casserole.

Melt in your mouth meats! Delicious savory sides. I always get scared when I see white potato salad cause it usually lacks flavor this was not the case at all. The bbq sauce paired greatly with all the meats not too sweet just perfect! The Mac n cheese was absolutely perfect not overdone or sauggy. Portion sizes are great plenty for a snack for later. I can honestly say as a former bill millers employee, bill millers has absolutely nothing in their flavors here! I got a 3 meat plate and a 2 meat plate price was a little up there but you are definitely paying for way better food and service. Staff is super friendly and checks on you. I usually have recommendations on what Id change about the food but everything was delicious! The only recommendation I can make is trying some stuff for the flies whether it be bags filled with water, or the garlic remedy. But other than that everything was great.! I usually post pictures as well but it was to good to wait any longer! 10/10 recommend! #superfamilyowned!
