TLDR: Robert is dependable, takes care of the end to end process of home purchasing, is professional and friendly, you should use him. We worked with Robert to buy an investment property in San Antonio. We live out of town, so had to buy this property without seeing it. Robert did not let us rely on the listing pictures, but sent us detailed videos of every corner of the property, paying attention to all the details I probably would have missed if I were there in person. Robert was always available to answer questions even outside of just buying the property, like about STR in San Antonio. We ran into a few issues with the seller, but Robert was at the title company to make sure everything went smoothly. We did this entire process without having to go to San Antonio. I was worried, considering this is the first property I am buying without seeing, but it was actually been the easiest overall end to end home buying experience I have had so far.. Will 100% recommend using him, especially for investment properties.
