Food here is great. Chicken club is my favorite. The Mac n cheese here is top notch, way better than McAlisters Wish they had a location closer to where I reside The worker that was wearing a dope duck shirt is cool too, super helpful and suggested how to make the sandwich the best

The restaurant and service were great. I went on a day where my friend and I were the only people in the place. The food was fresh and made on the spot. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. But unlike a good chicken salad, it was pretty much just chunks of chicken. Nothing really special or tasty about the food. I was pretty disappointed. I'd say, if you're looking for good chicken salad, go to Chicken Salad Chick. They set my bar pretty high. Unfortunately this is the second time I've been to Potbelly and was really underwhelmed with their food.

Ordered two veggie pizza subs online (their menu says it can be made that way), customized it the way we wanted. What was delivered was everything we did not want in the sub. Its like they randomly threw whatever they wanted in the sub. What pissed me off more was that each sub had its own itemized sticker on the bag with the correct order. Its like they actively chose not to care or look at the order. My advice, look inside the sub before you eat it.
