This place was an unexpected blessing! From start to finish, Ive had the best mechanic experience ever. My car was not starting, I was stuck at a public parking lot, I called the shop, and Raul took care of me! First, he did research during his busy day to see how much it would cost through them and let me know before I had my car towed to their shop. He sent out two of his mechanics to try to get my car started. They were able to know the starter, which was bad, and got it started. This saved me a claim for a tow on my insurance! We got to the shop and got within 2 hours, they replaced my starter and got it good! If my wife wasnt close by the shop, they were willing to drop me home if I needed a ride. Five star service!

Historically, Ive had good experiences here. But this summer, I took my car for my state inspection. Process was fine until it didnt show up in state system. I left several messages at the shop - no call back. Went to shop, man at front desk said they couldnt do anything to help. I urged him to at least try to look in system, he again said it was out of their hands and moved on to another customer. Went to register car in person, and they told me VIN was inputted incorrectly and shop would need to remedy. Called shop again several times and then waited in line in person for 30 mins before giving up altogether. They seem overwhelmed by administrative process of handling customers.
