I brought my mother in for an X-ray at the Metropolitan location on Brooklyn Avenue. We were greeted by one of your receptionists, Eileen. My mother's doctor's office failed to input the correct information; however, despite several customers behind us, Eileen took the time to help resolve the issue, and my mother could be seen. She was courteous and helpful the entire time and did not stop smiling. It was a pleasant experience and I will recommend this location to my friends.

So one person gets the sweetest receptionist... and I get the rudest. Samaria is her name. Rude. Rude. Rude. She's needs a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE or even one on general kindness. Shame on her. She needs to remember that people coming into their facility are often hurting, suffering from ongoing illness or pain. They need compassion and patience. Not curt attitudes and disdain.

I've always enjoyed coming to this location. The staff is very nice. Today I had an x-ray and Bethany was so friendly. I also had an ultrasound, and Anna was extremely friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible, knowing I had some pain during the procedure. I've come here twice for my mammograms and the lady who does them is also friendly and nice. Front desk staff was also kind. I've always had a good experience at this location. I do recommend.
