This place has the most rudest front desk ladies told me they couldnt help because i didnt have an appointment i mentioned to them that i spoke to someone over the phone saying i could walk in because its urgent they told me it was my problem and if it was urgent to go to a foodbank WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVIL OLD LADYS although the ladies down the street at another wic clinic helped me right away

I've been to several WIC offices in San Antonio for over a decade and this location is by far the best service I've ever received. I was immediately helped at checking in with Idalis and she was super kind and explained what I was to expect. Upon entering the appointment room my daughter and I were welcomed by Dora. She went above and beyond to provide everything I needed to know and what I can expect during this visit as well as the next. If your looking for a professional WIC office that goes above and beyond look no more, I always look forward to our next visit. I hope the manager of this facility sees this because these ladies deserve recognition. See y'all soon

Every time you call hello please hold gets put on hold for like 15 mins literally every single time I call why I gotta be on hold for?, that lady Yvonne was so rude over the phone
