Failed to show up for an appointment with me online and when I tracked her down and called her she goes "Oh I was meaning to contact you" WHAT?! It's 20 minutes into my appointment that I've taken off work for and you've been "meaning to contact me"?!?!?!?!?
From there she tried to sideload me into her little business (which seems like a competitor to the one I was using) and is now trying to hit me with nearly $500 in cancellation fees for an appointment the next day with someone who wouldn't have been able to help, and doesn't take my insurance, according to psychology today.
Then she went back to the original site, and told them that I missed an appintment WITH HER, which enabled her to collect a cancellation fee through them.
I'm no detective, but all of that seems like a bunch of deceptive practices at best.
