So good!!! Step by step instruction, no patronizing, no fear tactics, positive encouragement and solid techniques. Non- lethal applications as well as lethal if needed so we can choose which level of response is warranted if threatened or attacked. Atmosphere is safe and acknowledges triggering and potentially traumatic situations. I will def be back!

Highly recommend stopping by Gracie Jiu- Jitsu. The Self Defense class was extremely impactful and empowering! Definitely a safe space!

Marc is the best. He explains and demonstrates each technique until everyone understands. When starting anything new its intimidating especially for shy kids but Gracie jiu jitsu NE San Antonio has been such a great place for my kids not only to learn jiu-jitsu and self defense but respect, self worth and manners. Not only are they learning but they are surrounded with people who want to see them succeed. Marc takes time in class to ask about their day and boy to the kids love it. My kids worked their way up from no martial arts experience to earning their yellow/white belt and are still going Everyone is so inviting and you won't regret becoming part of the family.
