This is NOT the laboratory to do blood drawn. Over the phone, I was to go to this location-that was wrong information I pressed the door bell...I stood outside the door for 5 minutes, there was no answer so I sat on the bench for another 5 minutes to make phone calls trying to reach the clinical pathology laboratories. A person answered the phone and they said they was trying to let me in but I walked way. The person made it seem it was my fault for walking away. I was told to come back so I returned and ring the door bell, again I stood outside the door, no answer. I was about to leave and then the person open the door. Overall, this experience for me was terrible service of the staff representing CPL. As a client, it was disrespectful of the person and how they conduct poor business. Before leaving, I did suggest they have a noticeable buzzer that the door is open to enter.
