The staff was rude, unfriendly The didnt say good morning

Went and got blood work done here for the second time in the past couple of years. Both experiences were okay. Well my first time here the woman was friendly and nice. Came in on Monday and was seen quickly and dispatch ASAP. This time a different woman was nice but not friendly. Could be because it's 8am and maybe not had her morning coffee or she's just not a morning person. I'm always nervous when I have to do these things and get very chatty. She wasn't. Just took my cards, scanned them and told me to wait in the drawing room. She came in and took blood out of 1 arm. But the vain collapsed she said because I was dehydrated. Tried the other arm and got the rest of the samples. I asked cause this never happened to me before does the vein come back? She said maybe and ushered me to the bathroom for the next sample needed. All done within under 30mins. Like I said she had a nice voice and wasn't rude. Just unfriendly. I guess I can take that and parking was free because I was out of there in underwear 30mins

I called to ask if they covered my insurance. The receptionist said "I don't know" and refused to look it up. I called my doctor's office and had them order labs from Quest instead.
