Im not one to post or complain. BUT what I just observed needs to be notated. I went in to pick up my online order and was the only customer. Of the 3 employees present, one was cleaning the AC vents in the ceiling with a dusting brush directly over the uncovered additives, supplements and powders. Unacceptable. Ill never go back.

Closed and locked the door more than 10 minutes from the stated close time of 9PM on Saturday 6/25. Made another order today on 6/28, the store was closed at 8:20 when they state they close at 9. I made an online order, paid for a product, drove all the way there only to have to come back the next day to hopefully get a refund. Waste of my time.

Place an online order ready for pick up at 12:34 today. Its 12:56 and was advised it wouldnt be ready for awhile.. whats the point of an online order?? I asked for a refund and told the manager had to call me back later and couldnt be done when I was in the store. If you cant handle online orders then dont do it! Third something is wrong at this store. Also one of your employee was rude with an ugly attitude. Not coming back anymore .
