Smoothie King

Phenomenal customer service, I came in to perchase a keto friendly smoothie. Unfortunately after taking my order the staff member was unable to break my 100 bill, instead of turning me away empty handed he covered the expense. Good customer service is rare nowadays, this was above and beyond. Smoothie was fantastic as well!Thanks for the help Kevin.

They have Acai and pitaya bowls now! Delicious. Very friendly employees, too.

I'll keep going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe from now on. It seems the staff here at Smoothie King could use some training. While waiting to order, the girl at the counter didn't say a word to me. No "what can I get you" or "let me know when you're ready". On top of that, she looked annoyed when I asked if I could place my order. When my smoothie was done and I approached the counter, it was the same thing, not a single word other than my name for the order. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but it isn't hard to communicate with your customers. A fake smile and a simple greeting/goodbye can go a long way. I left feeling like I wasn't welcome.

Please your new staff is very rude. Im a client for yrs and I been having bad experience lately. They look like they dont want to take your order.
