This location has 2 employees that are very nice,the rest of the ladies there are very rude and act like it's a bother to speak with them. Especially one of the managers,anytime I've gone in,she's very rude and talks to the customers in a condescending manner. I won't buy anything else from this store because of her attitude. I will gladly drive a little further to the Alamo Ranch location,where every employee is amazing!

I recently had a fantastic experience at James Avery thanks to Laura's excellent customer service. She provided wonderful gift suggestions for my mother's birthday. She loved the gift! The store itself is also very clean. Highly recommend! I will be going back.

Ive been going to James Avery for many years now. This is the newest location Ive been going to, every time I go I have the same issue with the same manager. Today at 11:20 there was only two people on the registers with a long line, while the manager walked around with an iPad not helping her team out. I didnt get her name but she was wearing a high ponytail with a black lace long sleeve. When I asked her how long it was gonna take or if there was anyone else to help with the line she said that Im going to just have to wait until Im next. After waiting 30 minutes I left because the line did not move once.
