Luis the Assistant Mgr. Went above and beyond to help me with my issue on my new ring addition. It was a gift from my husband to add to my engagement ring and what Ive been wanting to add for some time. It is a ring guard. My engagement ring did not fit between and Luis was able to widen it some to make it fit. I was so happy that he was able to do this for he and didnt cost me anything but a smile. He was so helpful. Happy 38 year anniversary to my husband and myself! Thank you Luis!

Amazing selection but the service is what makes the jewelry shine ! First time here and we purchased 3 items . One was a 5 piece set . All items were priced great but the way the staff flowed and was respectful is what will have us coming back in . Luis M helped us and was a pleasure to work with . Chris is who motivated us to come in as we strolled in front of the store . They are just a great group of people who are not rude as many of the other places in the mall are . Five stars

Update: I was able to get ahold of the district manager who said he understood that it was understandable I didn't make a return during the holidays, which I missed the normal return deadline by 4 days. He said that if the store manager contacted him, as I had originally requested, we could have worked something out and made the return in light of the holidays. So I would shop at Daniel's again, but keeping away from this specific store as that manager is still there. Which Im not asking him to be fired, just not going to give him my business. People like this store manager must realize we are humans and not robots and can look at unique situations and adjust, also remember everyone has a boss, and a store manager is not the store king. Original message on Jan 6, 2024 Store manager yelled at me well I was on the phone with Daniel's customer service. I just wanted to make a return and he refused to work with me, and I asked to speak to the Regional Manager and he refused. I had offered to even do a partial refund as my wife didn't want anything for an exchange. We looked around with my kids, and yes, the store manager yelled at me in front of my kids. I never raised my voice at all and he yelled at me when I took pictures of the store for this review, which would have only been for a store manager that refused to call the regional manager per my request to see if they would approve of a refund and maybe a 2 star, I wish I could put a negative stars, for unprofessional store manager. Dont shop here! Dont give this store your money.
