After calling many shops, Moses was one of the few that had the ability to resize my wife's ring without sending it out for weeks. This is a family heirloom so we were nervous but the ring came back to us sparkling as if it were brand new, sized perfectly and all the while, the shop remained in constant communication and delivered on time. Would definitely recommend for any jewelry needs!

Love using & shopping at Moses Jewelry! Not only is everything beautiful, they can repair your heirloom pieces as well. They did a beautiful job on an antique ring that was passed down to me. Took their time & care to make it look perfect! They also repaired my husbands watch. Everyone was professional, kind, and reasonable. Will be using them for all jewelry needs.

Where should I start The service was horrible and I'm very lucky I didn't lose my diamond bracelet that they had Shorten for me. A total of 3 times broke from the same place they repaired didn't even last a day this last time. And they could never get it right. . Got my money back once. I try to reply to the owner's reply and couldn't so here it is . There was no bad condition on my diamond bracelet. It is a very expensive diamond bracelet and new when I first took it there to be shortened on 281 try 2 twice then i took there on Culebra because it was a lot closer to me she said yall could do the job if you couldn't do the job, you should have said. Why did yall take my diamond bracelet and charge me again and said it was repair and now saying the condition that is wrong instead it called bad service
