Omgoshhhh!!!! Ive had a ring for over two years that I havent been able to wear. Every place I took the ring to, they stated there was nothing they could do UNLESS they made a new band for it, which I didnt want to happen. BUT, when I found this place (Gersal Jewelry), they made the difference. They looked at the ring and said, YES, we can place the stone back in the original band. I was SPEECHLESS. Ive been waiting two years for this moment. And when I went to pick it up, it was the prettiest and shiniest ring I have ever worn. Im so grateful for this place. I will definitely be coming back for all of my rings or watches needs that I may have in the future. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this happen. Im so happy.

I was given a price of $270 for 4 grams of 18k to extend a chain 2 inches. When I picked up the chain only 1 gram was added. His wife made a snark remark when I raised the issue, but ultimately the owner agreed to lower the price. I ended up paying $50 for 1 gram of 18k gold and $150 in labor (which was fair to both of us). Just make sure you get in writing what materials you're paying for and what the labor rate is.

Make sure to save your receipt! This bussiness is not honest at all! They will definetely write paid on your ticket, nevertheless will tell you that you have not paid at all. The lady is RUDE!! Take your bussiness somewhere else!!
