Just finished a Julian's Stromboli. It was good. No. It was great. It may well be the best Stromboli in San Antonio. While I can't say for sure, I can say that I've had a lot of different ones and Julian's is by far the best one remembered having. I'd like to think I'm somewhat of a Stromboli connoisseur, maybe. I can say this. The crust, top and bottom, is done to perfection and that's what most places get wrong. Their other food is great too, don't get me wrong. From pizza to the chicken Parm to the rigotoni... All expertly done. You should give them a try. I think you'll go back again and again like my wife and I do. The accompanying photos show the proper way to eat a Stromboli.

Apologies go along way without the snarky sarcastic comments after. The GM insinuated she was doing me a favor by doing the right thing. If it was done right in the first place I would have no reason to complain.

UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER LADY. After alerting her to a sour smelly pizza covered in CANNED watery mushrooms she began a yelling and mocking behavior in front of coworkers and customers. She should be fired for not listening to "the client always right" manners and making things right calmly and eloquently. Instead she proceeded to escolate the issue until she was told off for her BAD ATTITUDE. People began leaving afterwards it was humilating. Julian if you see this, choose better ingredients and staff. From her erratic episode you've now lost much respect and business. Sincerely, San Antonio residents.
