        Sorry to say very disappointed when I need the tow service they told me they were going to show up at a certain time in 30 minutes to 60 minutes and ended up calling me 2 hours later saying they won't be wouldn't be able to help me call another tow service after State farm had set it up I was very upset I pay for a service and I was really disappointed anyway I hope it doesn't happen again

        I had major suspension damage to my car. The initial appraisal was way too low. Jacqui stepped in and worked with the appraiser (who thought it was a different but less expensive model) and the repair shop to resolve the issue and get my car fixed. It took a while to resolve, but Jacqui was persistent and never gave up. Thanks Jacqui!
