Dont trust Allstate . I been with them for 15 years never have any claim . My house got hit by hail and storm . Now they dont cover. My deductible is 6000. The new roof only 12000. This billion dollar company dont even cover the 6000 for their Royal customer. All they want is your money. Good luck use them. I am out. I rather trust a insurance company out of a garage than Allstate.

Decided to cancel for cheaper rates with a competitor. On the very same day my policy was "updated" and I was removed from a discount I qualified for minutes prior. This resulted in a $36 dollar surcharge. Effectively I was punished for leaving them. Never again will I consider Allstate. I had been a client if this broker for over a decade. I paid in advance always. If I don't get all monies refunded I will post again. Shady business practices by an industry and broker that claims to protect you

Terrible experience. Go here if you want them to steal your money and not give it back, because they are excellent at that. I would call this office the "Over promise and under deliver office", because that is what they do. Would personally give this a 0 if given the opportunity.
