Lorena Villa - State Farm Insurance Agent

I received my insurance quote from Salina, and she frequently contacted me. However, my auto insurance was canceled due to a lack of a signed document, even after she assured me that everything was all set. At that time, I was out of the country, so I sent them many emails seeking assistance. Neither Salina nor Lorena has responded to me since my auto insurance was canceled. Another agent reached out to me and helped me sign the document again. Salina never contacted me or explained to me what happened. Its a really bad experience and I feel its irresponsible.

What can I say about Kim. She is hands down my favorite person there. She always help me out with my policy and questions even when I make multiple changes to my account. I really appreciate her and all the help she gives me. The other staff is wonderful as well everyone in there are very friendly and helpful too.
