I came to this office to find better service. And Ms. Samantha was very helpful and tried answering to the best of her knowledge. Until she turned to Falcon Insurance for extra help answering my questions, and that turned into a nightmare for us. Two customer service reps were just loud and rude to her. She kept her calm and continued to help me. Reassuring herself she had a happy customer.
