        I am a General Manager of a restaurant in stone oak and actually used to be a GM for Dunkin. Last night my family and I stopped by and received the best customer service from Berniece and crew. Berniece went over and beyond any expectations I had and did so with a smile the whole time. Great employee and I hope you all value her. We appreciate above all, good customer service and that is what we got. Thank you Berniec...Cody and family.

        My kids and I were excited that this location was opening, but they are 0 for 2. Our first visit they were slow and didn't have any waffle cones. It was their fist week open, so it didn't bother me much. Tonight we got there and the lobby was closed but drive through was open. We sat in line a while but when we got to the kiosk we waited an additional 10 minutes. Cars behind us started to leave the driverhrough lane. My kids and I eventually just left without ordering. We will just drive the extra distance to Freddie's. :(

        Was given the wrong order . I came 5 times since it's opened and twice I was given the wrong order . Check your order before you leave if you decide to come , it probably will be wrong. They need to put a number to call and let them know .
