I had a great time staying here for two weeks for work. Customer service was excellent. The food is great. Breakfast was free which was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay there. I liked the gym, pool, and everything about this place. Athena Perez was one of the front desk persons who helped me from the day I checked in to check out. She has been so sweet and has great customer service skills. I went above and beyond shipping an item that I couldn't fit into my bag when I checked out. She has been very helpful, and I wanted her to be recognized for her hard work and excellent customer service.

I reserved a room and didn't realize they have 5 day cancelation. I reserved on the 3rd and would've had to cancel on the 2nd. I called and explained my situation and was told the sales department would be able to help me and when I called back and asked for a manager and I spoke to Jennifer and she told me that they would uphold the 366.00 charge and I won't get a refund. I asked her is that what the sales department said she said they didn't answer the phone. So I called customer service and they called the hotel and she spoke to Jennifer who is now the "director" and she just parroted what I said. What happened to a one time courtesy refund. I guess they are hard up for money.

I used to stay at this hotel with my family when i was a kid, I have a lot of fond memories with my parents and siblings there. Now I'm an adult and going with my family and it is still awesome
Food & drinks: Great breakfast in the morning for free. Free happy hour every night. Both are worth it
