        Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in! Hallways have a musty old smell. There was no hot water when I came in in the evening. Had to wash my face with ice cold water. Next morning no hot water for shower. I called the front desk and all the receptionist said was I will call maintenance. She was rude and not apologetic. I asked for a call back which I never received. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

        The biggest issue I had with this hotel was the room. The first thing was that I let the water run for a full 20 minutes to try and get some hot water for a shower. It never came before I just gave up and showered, the water per a thermoeter never got about 95 degrees but stayed mostly at 90 degrees. There was mold in several places of the room as well well as dry rot on several of the door frames. The door never actually closed (you had to lock it to keep it secure) it was literally able to be pushed open. As well. Breakfast was okay and staff was nice enough. I do not come to san antonio enough to be disappointed like this. I will not stay here nor reccommend this location.
