Upon my arrival I noticed that the parking lot was clean. As I head into the office up to the front desk it smelled welcoming and pleasant. My experience with Miss Gretchen the front desk associate was fast very informational about all the rooms the hotel had to offer Miss Gretchen was also extremely polite. I was given a double queen bed room that was recently remodeled. I have not seen one roach and the plumbing and the shower and the AC unit runs excellent. Thank you to Miss Brenda for running and managing an awesome comfortable spot to retreat and thank you Miss Amy and her staff for the clean linen and making it a point to have a disinfected comfortable room every time I stay here with my family.

No fridge or microwave so that sucked and the room is a little dirty for my taste, but I didn't get bit by anything nor did I see roaches so win win.

Ugh. No housecleaning services, so you have to get yourself to the front desk for toiletries, including toilet paper. No tissues in the room. No remote for the tv, although I was able to get one from the front desk. Very limited selection of tv channels available. Breakfast is 7-9, the shortest hours of any hotel Ive been to, and they turn off coffee at 9 as well. Bed and pillows both too soft. We had to request to be moved because our first room had a cracked window. Very rundown property. Look elsewhere, you can do better.

We attended our son Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base. After a long day were back to our hotel, room are not clean, no cleaned towel, small roaches showing everywhere. I am not satisfied with the whole situation, but we have limited time to look another hotel that we rather spend our time with our son. I beg to anyone to see this review that please dont get this hotel and be miserable. Not worth your time and money, the worst garbage bin hotel room I ever been, maybe garbage bin is much better to lay down your body. Please Im begging you all not to take hotel! Rooms: Roach infestation
