I stayed at this motel while traveling through San Antonio. It is located in a great area near Southtown. The motel was reasonably priced and adequately furnished. The covered parking required an additional $10 fee, but there was no other parking in the area. The Parking spots were extremely tight and challenging to get in and out of, but they served their purpose. I would recommend this motel if you are looking for a reasonable motel near downtown San Antonio.

BRING your own towels if you require luxury. If you are looking for a clean place, conveniently located, price friendly, and great parking ($10/day), this is a great option. I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe, and I/we walked most places.
Walkability: 15-20 minutes walking distance from the Alamo, historic sites: SAACAM, Woolworth, P.F. Robert's Marker, Frost Plaza, Pinkerton's; next door to Rosarios and around the corner from Blush restaurant.

The property clearly says not smoking but it does smell like cigarettes as soon as you walk in. You have to pay for parking. You cant check in earlier then 2:00PM. We were told by our UBER people see this hotel as a drive through motel. Also its nasty. Sheets and pillows had stains, lets not talk about the restroom, we couldnt even imagine showering in that bathtub. Lets talk about the few hours we stayed. Probably 2. People were partying, we couldnt figure out if it was one of the rooms or outside. They got in a little argument and we could clearly hear things slamming and girls screaming along with some people running in the hallway. We left after that experience. Sad to say we dont get any money back but i would rather leave without a refund then

I had to cancel because of the hidden fee for parking, I was not cool with that. But at least they did authorize a full refund so I'll give them credit where it's due.
