The people here are rude , dont accept mistakes . they dont train you properly , the rooms are made very poorly , house keeping is lazy , front desk management during the day is lazy , do NOT stay here . Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in .

I got a suit and everything worked as expected. Everything was clean and pretty. We got a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Vending machine and free ice next to the elevator. I really liked this hotel (I have tried several in San Antonio).
The breakfast was really good for a hotel, eggs, bacon, french toast and coffee, what else could you need instead of wasting two hours going somewhere else. They had more stuff but you can see them on the pictures I attached.
To improve:
At the room only one reading light at the bed head wasn't working and at one wall there were holes that need to be covered, the coffee maker didn't have water bottles, common! they are not that expensive. That was it (I hope they can take the time to fix that, room 436, see pictures). By the way, there is a locked door at the room that we didn't like it, I was afraid some one coming through while we were sleeping, please leave it unlocked and install a door knob against children (high enough) it really made us feel unsecured.
Despite other comments stating that they suffered car vandalism, our luxury Jeep was ok. If this is happening very often they should install a pole/gate with a ticket to get in and to get out like the private parking lots where you have to pay to exit. Even though I think vandalism is everywhere in SAT, so just don't leave values in the car and be always prepared. It is so sad though.
Nearby activities: I picked this hotel because it was close to all the places I was going to visit and it worked really well for me, always on time as planned. Great location.
