Baptist Neighborhood Hospital - Overlook

I came to the ER with severe post-operative pain and vomiting. I ended having to stay for two nights. My caregivers (RNs & CNAs) were Rea, Gizelle, Sharlean, and Dorcus, they were wonderful and truly compassionate caregivers. I think their attentiveness really made a difference in my recovery. They definitely deserve some special recognition b/c their care was truly above and beyond.

Most nurses are real caring at this hospital. The doctors are good at what they do and its hands down fast.

I am from out of town and stayed in a hotel alone and was concerned about my heart pounding for 2 hours straight (I assumed from too much caffeine coupled with anxiety). I arrived to the hospital and filled out basic intake forms and they had me back immediately, multiple people carefully checking me over. Everyone I met was so nice, super patient, and made me feel comfortable. I am an anxious person and was shaking so hard from nervousness and the unknown of what was happened but they really all were so great making me feel safe and cared for. Thank you to all the staff at this location 6/8/23 at 2am!!!

The Nurses and Drs. in the back are WONDERFUL but those up front receptionist are the MOST HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL People EVER!!! Not only were they rude to my daughter but I witnessed him (tonight its a him, usually its a female but they all have the same bad attitude) being so ugly to this elderly gentleman. I seriously want him to catch the Flu and Strep at the same time!!! Come on Baptist Emergency theyre the first faces sick individuals come in contact with.
