The worst ER ever. You have to wait forever (like 13 hours) to see the doctor. Never ever ever come to this one.

Very bad experience with the staff. Usually staff is good but this tome it was horrible. Very upset with my situation.

The level of unprofessionalism that your doctors have is astounding, my mother come in for things I will not disclose here, and your doctor decides to call my mother a meth head. Then continues to give her a medicine that she told you previously that she has horrible reactions to. You watch her have this reaction and yet you still send her home with this prescription what is the matter with you people? Do you care at all about helping someone or are you there to just make a check? Your doctors need to go back to medical school and learn bedside manners and how to properly prescribe medications to your patients. The way I am absolutely going to report this. Jesus Christ.

I recently went to this location on a Saturday. Ended up in the ER as I recently was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I was having serious symptoms. I was in a lot of pain and very fearful. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I've had many. Healthcare disparity is a real thing and it was a total slap in the face from this location. They never treated me. The ER doctor dismissed all of my symptoms told me to see my primary care. Sent me home with a 7-day prescription for some steroids for the swelling symptoms I was experiencing. They got me mixed up with another patient who had the same last name as I do. The medications that they were going to give me they never did. They drew blood work and sent me home. I have ulcers on the ends of my finger. The doctor dismissed it as me biting my fingernails like I'm a four-year-old. I've never felt so ignored in my life. I will never go to another Methodist location if I can help it. My mother was an RN in supervision and a nursing educator for over 50 years. I know very well the plight of our medical service staff. What I experienced to me seem like discrimination.

The waiting time in the ER sucks BAD. Once you get past it though, everyone is pretty nice. Still a better hospital than Baptist
