Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation - South San Antonio

I do not recommend it. It's very bad staff. From the head nurse. They don't do their job. They lack a lot of humanity. For older people they just look at them like. One more piece of furniture in the place. And the food. Fatal horrible. Very bad quality. It's okay that they are older people. But. They are alive. And if. Important for. Us. They deserve better. Very disappointing place. I do not recommend it

Had a good experience at Legend Oaks. My 95yr old aunt was there for 2 weeks. I was worried because I've never had a family member, stay at a rehab. It's pretty busy place, but you can tell that the staff knew, what they each had to do. When I would walk in, it seemed like they were on skates! My aunts nurses & her PT group were awesome. The kitchen was also busy, the staff stayed busy, they were very accommodating & helpful, the food was ok, my aunt ate most of it. No complaints, from me!

Come here if you want your loved one to pass away they dont pay attention to some of the patients.. my mom was here for less than a month an she told me they would not pay attention to her. I lost my mom an I feel It was because they didnt give her the care she needed
