Don't know of many companies that do help when you mess up your own time clock for your own hours wish will affect your paycheck but this company does help with making sure you are on track wishes extremely big help especially when it deals with your check

Been with them over 5 years. First with my mom then now with my dad. They often give conflicting instructions to providers. Mess up payroll and then erroneously de-activate employees. I once had to get 3 months retro pay because someone deactivated me in system yet I was able to clock in and out. They also sign a client up for a set amount of hours then another employee calls and tell client family that provider is working over the hours. They are very disorganized.

I have had MANY PROBLEMS with LEGACY HOME CARE . They say they r compassionate - their goal is money. Gave 2weeks notice that my provider was going 2b out sick-& THEY STILL COULD NOT FIND ME SOMEONE 2TAKE HER PLACE. Or MAYBE they will send someone over 4 ONE HOUR!??? The last time this happened who they sent OVER- she knocked on my door ONCE & TOOK OFF!!! Had 2 call back 2make them send her back! She was not used 2working MAINLY SITTING. She looked like she was INSULTED doing that kind of work . They do NOT show COMPASSION !MARY ALIMOND will lie 2u 2 saying they will b there with papers 2si gn up 4 a provider - SHE LIED!!! BUT THEY DO WANT YR MONEY!!
