If youre looking for private duty care for your loved one, I highly recommend The Key. Michelle and Kimmie have been God sent angels while trying to find in home care for my loved one. I have been very satisfied with the entire process from screening/interviewing caretakers to the actual care she has received. Shes reliable, on time, and has excellent bedside manners. It has been a relief to find help and as hesitant as I was to get help, I can honestly say The Key has been the best decision.

Catherine Miner. She has really been my savior. When I needed to get back to work. She rehired me. Catherine has gone above and beyond helping me to get all my paperwork done. If I have any problems. All I have to do is reach out to her. She takes care of any problems I have. When no other scheduler would give me a assignment. Or a decent assignment she did. She is an incredible asset to The Key. A gift that should be treasured.

I'm a current care giver I've been employed with The Key since December of 2021, by far this is the most amazing company I have ever been employed by in my 23 years as a caregiver, the management here goes above and beyond for us as employees, all the clients that I have had the opportunity to meet are amazing ! I consider myself lucky to be part of their care team. I'm approaching my 2-year Mark, & I'm looking forward to many more years to come.

Im a Caregiver at the key I was trained by Alicia. She was very thorough in making sure I was trained properly for the clients care. This company is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and caring trainer.
