3 different people have stated over the last four weeks that they would ship a free mask and nose pillow and NOTHING! Every time you call, they say that the account is messed up and that they have fixed it and the orders are still pending. Most awful customer service in the entire world!

Was very angry about equipment I recieved even called my insurance and made up my mind to find another company then a guy name Eddie called to see if I needed any help with my new equipment l told him my horrow story he immediately apologized and offered to correct it thanks Eddie so apria will have my bisiness a little longer. I have ordered 3 wheelchairs for patients through Parachute and had no issues, back in December I ordered another one and here we are January 24, 2024 and the order is still pending, I have called several times and was first told they never received order on Parachute, so I faxed the signed order, again, nothing, called again, and was told they are waiting for MD paperwork? Never had this issue with the other orders, Needless to say the family is upset and we are getting the complaints, I'm calling to follow up and have been on hold for over 15 minutes and no one has picked up. I have asked to speak to a manager and of course there is not one available. So I will call the MD office and try to get the clinical notes they are requesting and try to calm the family down. Horrible customer service is an understatement.
