Great help from staff while shopping for something pretty specific! I believe this one gentleman was the manager, Pete, was extraordinarily helpful - taught me a few things about drills I didnt know and steered me towards the appropriate tools I needed! 10 out of 10, recommend!

Do not recommend this place. My boyfriend came in trying to get one of his tools fixed but the guy at the front desk racially discriminated him. Believe the man at the front desk is named Pete.

Horrible way of running a store, the employee named Michael was very rude. Hes lazy and will not help you with anything. The whole management is a circus show. Seems like NO ONE is in charge here. Old man in the front desk is incompetent , not sure why they have him working there. I Will not be returning. I will take my business to Brannens instead UPDATE: For you to insinuate that I am related in any form to any employee or any former employee is beyond ridiculous. What you do with your company is up to your discretion and none of my concern. Figure out a better way to run your stupid mediocre store and train your obese and incompetent employees to learn how to treat customers. Like I said I will be taking my business to BRANNENS!!!!!!! My advice to other people, take your money somewhere else where they arent stupid or racist.

At first I had left a good review for this store. But now I am very dissatisfied and disappointed, my pregnant wife had went to pick up some items I needed and the worker at the front named Robert did not bother to help her load the vehicle when she asked and she ended up hurting herself. I will NOT be spending my money at this store ever again, not with that type of worker.

My coworkers and I have been coming to this store for my tool guns for a while and Diego has always taken good care of me , and I recommend this store for anyone looking for good service.
