        This is the cutest store and the guts in the hardware are so helpful. Only complaint is a young blonde lady at the register who seems inconvenienced and hardly gives customers the time of day.

        Such a fun store! Great for gifts! Especially local SA gifts. Staff was friendly. Store is crowded with so many cute things so can be somewhat difficult to push around a shopping cart if the store is slightly busy. Highly recommend!

        I have shopped here for years and bought a pair of Christmas pajamas that were final sale. I noticed there was a hole in them and went to ask for store credit and they accused me of causing the hole in the pajamas. I have never experienced such bad customer service. The manager Joyce needs to be fired!!!! In response Yes initially they were short - I was told no refunds period. I went home and my mother then tried to take the tag off with scissors. And noticed a hole. I took them back again and was then offered 25 dollars 1/2 credit after being told again no refunds. I was also accused of causing the hole. I was offered 50% only after getting upset and I am no longer interested in a refund or shopping at your store. I have never received such poor service.

      Sorry to hear about your recent experience as it does not reflect how we do business. It’s my understanding the item was initially being returned as a size issue but unfortunately it was on a final sale rack and not eligible for a return…it was then being returned for the “hole” in the item. The Manager offered a gift card for the trouble but to date you have chosen to accept one….that offer still stands of course….if I am missing something please feel free to contact me directly and will do whatever we can to resolve to your satisfaction.
