Solatube Installer Sean left two hours ago and I couldn't wait to write you. Please tell him he got the placement absolutely right and I was able to chop my veggies and cook my meal without turning on the lights even on this overcast day. I had to double check that I, indeed, had not left the light switch on. He is an asset to your company - friendly, super courteous, efficient, and kept a very clean work site.

I really like the product and the installer was great. What I don't like is an upcharge of $75 for a steep roof when where the installer got on my roof was flat and then he had to step on part of the the roof that is at at 20 degree pitch. Not what I would call steep by any means. I called and talked with them and they said they would not remove the charge, wouldn't even consider it or talk to the installer to get their thoughts. Felt very much like I got gouged. Service: Skylight installation
