        I don't recommend , rude and unprofessional . Went in for a simple job "business cards" Took almost 2weeks , color was wrong and unsatisfied with the results . I was told to leave . They only care for your money

        Didn't think it was all that much to have some vehicle lettering produced. Went in, spoke to someone and was able to provide artwork and layout. Person I spoke too was going on vacation and passed the job to someone else. 1 week later, still no word. Communication was weak and lettering was done elsewhere. Had heard good things about this place. Unfortunately, that wasn't what I experienced.

      Mr. Alonso, thank you for taking the time to give our company a review 5 months after your purchase. On your $59.99 order of business cards a proof was made for you at the time of your visit to our office. That proof was approved by you. Color is the closest match to what is on the screen, we did review the file and it was printed as close as possible to the screen proof as stated on your day of pickup. The order was placed 9/18/23 and was completed 9/22/23, the completed time was 4 days as specified at the time of purchase. The time was consistent with our printing practices and was as stated at the time of your order. Unfortunately due to the manner in which you confronted our staff we are unable to further assist you. We also do not agree with your review and we would appreciate you removing it.

      M Mendiola, you don't have an active order with my company(which involves a deposit or payment for services). Unfortunately my scheduled time off from the office conflicted with your visit to our office. We did not have the opportunity to work with you. Reviews should reflect customer service at the time of your visit, product quality, pricing and execution of the order. We did not get a chance to put your inquiry into the order process, our staff has too many jobs in production for paid customer orders that preceded your inquiry.
