I went to this supplier to pick out my countertops and I ended up realizing that there is a lot of misinformation regarding this industry, all the staff answered the questions I had and Mr Rivas gave me a good walkthrough around the different materials they carry and gave me very interested advices regarding care and precautions. I loved it from the moment I got in for the first time to choose the Quartz slab for my countertops, they received me with the best vibes and provided a lot of information that I was needing to make a smarter decision picking out my stone. The customer service of this supplier is outstanding comparing to other stone providers in town, Joseph Rivas helped me find the perfect stone for my kitchen and gave me good tips and important information about the natural and engineered stone industry that made me feel secure of what I was picking out in his showroom, TOP RECOMMENDED

Osvaldo Maldonado with Impression Granite went to this supplier and took pictures of marble, told me it was granite, and had the store call me to pay them for granite when it was marble. He installed this in my kitchen, didn't match the seams at all, free hand drew a large piece too small, stole that piece, and put a remnant in place of it. I never got granite that I paid for it, and even the full marble slab was not given to me. The person on the phone did not explain to me that this was not granite that I believed I was purchasing. Thus fabricator took full payment for work when I was not home to see what he did. He blocked me, and then he evaded the Better Business Bureau. This is deceptive trade practice in my greatest opinion. I am happy to share full correspondence and pictures where I was told yes, this was granite by this fabricator. What this man did to my kitchen is borderline vandalism from the looks of it and very fraudulent.
