The lady on front that speaks both languages and looks Hispanic is the worst person ever. She is rude and prepotent, doesnt help at all with questions and only says no to the documents you provide as a foreign. Well she told us we couldnt get our kids birth certificates with the IDs we had and for our surprise we got them with the IDs she said we couldnt. In the other hand theres a really nice lady that it seems to speak English as her first language, but she is the nicest person to help. She goes to the back and ask others if those documents will work, and she was the one who told us we could get the birth certificates with our IDs, while the first lady told us we couldnt and made us go back to our house for extra documents that at the end we didnt use. I didnt like the first lady at all, I waited two years to go back because of the rude way she is.

I went to this location for my first passport.... Walk-in is accepted if your coming from another city like me..... I got my passport expedited which is 4-6 weeks no you do not get your passport the same day here.......The ladies where really nice that work here they explained to me the nearest post office I could go to purchase my money order for the passport and I hurry and came back ....... it was not a long wait..... I really recommend this location to anyone whos trying to get a passport..... Great Customer Service And Patient With The People

Arrived a little earlier with appointment, but they saw us right away. Registration for appointment over the was informational and expedient. Great!!!
