Custom Furniture of Texas - San Antonio, TX

I payed $ 5.000 for a Caldonia bed on December 12th, 2020. After almost 6 months, no bed. I called 5 weeks ago and they told me about the Texas storm, and that next week containers were arriving with furniture and they were going to start calling the costumers for the delivery. One month later I am still waiting for the call. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Do not buy here!!! UPDATE: After 13 months never received the bed and never received the money back. What is your excuse now? If you have been stolen by the business Accents of Salado PLEASE, file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Consumer Protection Division. texasattorneygeneral.gov.

My review is this is the worst business I have had the misfortune to deal with. Terrible at keeping shipping dates, and impossible to get a refund. They are excellent at giving excuses. Chances are, if you made a purchase then that is all you have purchased, excuses. For me 7K plus of them. If you feel you are a victim of this business under any of its representative names (3-4) you are far from alone. Contact their county law enforcement immediately.

FRAUD ALERT! Ordered a set of 8 chairs in December 2020. They supposedly arrived in the country in April, per a generic email I received. Every time I asked them for an update, they told me it was shipped and they didn't know why I didn't have it. Now it is November 2021. They never gave me any information on shipping line and/or any kind of tracking info. Eventually they tell me they will refund me my money. They said they sent a check (never received it), then they supposedly send another check via UPS and they give me a tracking number (the tracking number never had a package dropped off / got activated) then they said they would send me a bank wire, but that also was never received. I have now had to resort to lawyers to get this resolved. From the looks of other google reviews, many other people are in my same situation, so maybe this lawyer will get a lot of business out of this. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased over 5 years back and they were rude! I spent well over $6,000 on my first purchase and lets just say I will never recommend them or buy from them ever again!!!

Our order of a bed has been a nightmare. After months of delay we were promised a credit of our 100% deposit. It has been almost another month of excuses why we were not seeing our credit. I would never trust these people with a deposit let alone buy anything from them.
