Sonja who works in the office has been very nice and helpful in arranging for me to visit my mothers and stepfather graveside since I am in a wheelchair.i really appreciate this service to deliver flowers.

Went to Cemetery yesterday to visit friend that passed away less than a year ago and the head stone was full of weeds and her husbands headstone has mold on it. The sod they put down had never been watered since it was dead and you can see the outline of where they dug it up to bury her. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! When I left I called her family because I was so upset.

I will never forget my beloved grandpas funeral last year where your staff continuously interrupted and harassed myself and everyone that was crying to put their masks back on throughout the entire OUTDOOR service. Dont bother trying to justify this soulless behavior as a safety protocol either - nobody in this state believes that BS anymore.

Whoever answered the phone is unprofessional. I would expect more from someone who is supposed to be answering to bereaved families.
