Was very impressed. My neighbors, my family, everyone thought I needed my foundation leveled; I saved up some money and made the call for an estimate. MitchCo came out and explained my older house was settled and in tolerances. He could level the house but did not recommend I spend the money. I was ready to spend the money; you have to respect when a business puts customer education and service ahead of profit.

I am finding that my experience was the same as others. I, too, had work done about six years ago. The work was done satisfactorily, but I never kept up on the $100 annual warranty payments, and I was never reminded about them either. No phone call, no e-mail, no annual invoice in the mail, nothing at all. I don't even understand why you should pay an annual fee for someone to stand by their work. Needless to say, I have another unrelated problem with the same house, but they won't do the work until I pay over $1000 to re-activate the warranty. I offered to pay $500 to reactivate the warranty, since it was partly their fault, but they declined that offer. They even admitted that I should have been contacted every year, so it was clearly their mistake. Also, this is a company that likes to preach their religious beliefs, so if you're not comfortable with that, you may want to look elsewhere. They have a Jesus fish on the front of their business card and a bible verse on the back. I just don't believe that is an appropriate place to "spread the word".

I just want to say it has been a pleasure working with Melissa and the guys. Will I pass along to others who need the services they provide. Yes I will and have already done so. They are honest, fair and a great company to work with when we needed foundation repairs. Thanks Mitchco and Melissa
