Flower arrangement was delivered to my office with greenery falling out of it. Then my husband ordered a dozen of mixed roses in a vase and I got a flora arrangement that had 11 roses only. For 108.00 I wish I had only a dozen in a vase because it looked like a 3rd grader put this arrangement together. She brought me 3 addl roses and just stuck them ramdomly in the arrangement like she did whime making it

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I pre-ordered a boutonniere and corsage. When I placed the order they mentioned that they can add some extra decor to boutonniere if interested and I said yes they're free to get creative. I originally wanted to pick up Saturday but told me I would have to pick up Friday. I made 4 seperate trips on friday during business hours and they were closed and wouldn't answer their phone. They called me Saturday and said my order was ready. When i picked up I was at loss for words. The order was horrible. The flowers were dead. Everything was superglued together and flat as a pancake. No ribbon, no babies breath, no creativity, nothing!!! I had to call all around town to see who could make me something last min and of course pay more for the rush. I did find someone else. When I got home I asked my son to pick which ones he wanted and he told me to hide this order because he was embarrassed for his date to see it. They can make it right by refunding my money. The first photo to the left is sad arrangement from here and to the right from elsewhere.
