I was so excited to receive such a beautiful arrangement and more excited that I would be able to smell the flowers for the next few weeks. I rec'd my flowers on Friday and came back to work Saturday they were already wilting by Monday the sunflowers were nearly dead and the roses had all collapsed. I called spoke with Joseph he said he would send another arrangement out on Tuesday. I was more so disappointed as the arrangement was much smaller and was not as prominent as the first one. The rose already have yellowing on the ends and I am just bummed. Sorry I cant smell the roses..

I ordered a corsage for a prom and I ordered it two days prior to prom and was told it could be ready by noon on prom day. Very pricey might I add. So the day before prom I get about 3 or 4 voice mails saying that I need to go for it cause there's other people that are calling for those. It was the type of call saying come for it now or else. So I picked it up day before prom since they kept calling me to go for it. I placed it in the fridge right away and left it there till my son was to give it to his date. My son said that the rose on the corsage just fell apart when they walked into the venue. So they took pics but all she had on her wrist was the elastic band with ribbon and greenery. I was very disappointed. Waste of money.

I ordered a house plant and got a poinsettia. In particular, I ordered a Christmas cactus that could last for many years, not a poinsettia that is ornamental at Christmas time only. The rose boutique said that the two items are of similar value and, according to their policy, could be substituted. Well, it is not of similar value to me. This was a gift that was delivered as a Christmas present to someone who wanted a Christmas cactus, not a poinsettia. Again, they said their policy was that they could substitute something of similar price. They said they will refund 20% only, and did not offer to send the Christmas cactus. Beware, you might not get what you order, and they will not make it right.

Chris was just wonderful. Helping me a my cousin pick out colors and flowers we thought our grandmother would like for her funeral.
Excited to see how everything comes together.
