Love the stone work done to my kitchen island and the flooring done to the staircase. The installers were very professional and polite. They did a wonderful job for a great price! Will definitely recommend!

This company is a top-notch flooring business. I recently used them for a kitchen remodel and was blown away by their professionalism and expertise. Their team of flooring experts are knowledgeable and very patient as they took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my decision. New Day Floors, LLC, is NOT a company I would recommend to my friends. They were hired to renovate a 9x6 bathroom, and refinish hardwood floors, in an historic district home, in San Antonio, Tx. After 6 weeks of work, they FAILED to pull San Antonio building permits required to relocate plumbing and electrical lines. They failed to provide contractor license #s for the personnel doing work on the property for them. They FAILED to remove demolition debris from the property for 6 weeks. They damaged the property while doing their work, and destroyed salvaged materials that were to be re-used as a part of this historic property renovation. After they were fired, they started billing for thousands of dollars more, for work that was not done. They are threatening us with legal action if we do not pay them more money. We paid them over half, for their shoddy work, and will have to pay another contractor to fix and finish the job.
