I just had Hector, from Helotes Carpet out today to stretch an my existing carpeting. He worked on four different areas, upstairs and downstair and the work was just excellent. It now looks like the day it was installed. And in one case, even better. Hector corrected some work from the original install which dramatically improved the transition to another type flooring. Ronnie and Hector, thanks for the great work!

Many thanks to the sales folks and install teams from Helotes Discount Carpet. We had luxury vinyl flooring and wall to wall carpeting installed at our house. Thanks Ronnie for your good suggestions. Many thanks to the stellar professional work by the flooring and carpeting teams. Great prep and cleanup! These guys really knew their stuff. Dont go to Lowes, come to these guys.

VERY HELPFUL IS AN UNDERESTIMATE! They found a small piece of carpet padding I needed for my dining room. And have it to me at a discounted rate. They were so helpful. I truly appreciate the effort. God bless you guys

I have used them 3 times first time delivery truck broke down and was not notified until I drove all the way there.2 time waited waited waited. 3 time the sales person did not order my floor and it was paid for.i will not use them again
