O'Krent Floors

We selected OKrent flooring in our recent remodel project and had a wonderful experience. Jason OKrent helped in our selections and indulged our need to take multiple samples home to aid in our decision. We believe we got a very good price shopping during a sale, but the story doest stop there. OKrent stored our flooring awaiting our remodel schedule and accommodated our contractors schedule. This service, after the sale, in my opinion sets them apart from the completion. We also had OKrent install the flooring to receive their lifetime warranty and their team was above reproach. Everything from the dustless demo of the old floor, to the quality workmanship the installers displayed was top notch. All aspects of our experience where great and recommend OKrent without reservation.

Mike and OKrent Floors are fabulous. Im so happy with my new carpet, it makes my new old house look radiant. Sergio the installer was top notch too. Run, dont walk, to OKrent if you need new carpet. Thanks!

Mixed experience but overall satisfied. O'Krent installed hardwood and carpet in the upstairs of my house in winter 2021. We stopped by the store on a Sunday, Kaylyn quickly helped us find multiple options within our budget for flooring, took measurements at our house and within a couple of weeks we had new floors. The installers were quick, and did a fantastic job with both projects. After foundation repair on the main floor, we went back to O'Krent and Kaylyn helped us again. Second project started smooth but quickly went sideways with miscommunication about project start, finish, etc. After installer left, noticed there were issues with trim work, defects in the flooring material itself and that the floor did not feel level in many places. O'Krent stood behind their satisfaction guarantee and redid the entire main floor with a different flooring material, including a lot of additional floor prep and leveling and replacing quarter round. We only paid the difference in material for the alternate flooring choice. All the issues with the initial installation have been resolved. While the second project was frustrating, the overall outcome has been satisfactory. Kaylyn was salesperson both times and she provided excellent service both times in regards to flooring choices and colors, and providing quotes for different options.

Jason and the O'Krent team were fantastic. Their price was very competitive and they were willing to negotiate terms to best accommodate. Best of all, they weren't predatory like some companies can be and cut superfluous charges before the initial quote that had been seen from competitors. The installation team killed it. They were able to install the flooring with us living in the house and make it as least invasive as possible. They were accommodating in moving furniture back in sick a fashion that was usable instead of a massive pile. I highly recommed the team at O'Krent from consultation to installation.
