We hired this company to complete several jobs for us (rehab to showers/bathtub as well removing approx. 1200 sq. ft of carpeting and replacing with vinyl plank flooring in 2 different homes). In both instances we found them to be responsive, pricing to be competitive, and were happy with the quality of the work. Before the job, he offered suggestions to keep the project within our budget and time limitations while listening to what was important to us. The jobs were completed quickly. During the process, he was great with providing updates and answering questions. Additionally, if we had questions once the job was complete, he was available and responsive. In a world where trust is very difficult to find you have this company. Meet with Rene for 30 to 45 minutes prior to him surveying the job in my garage. Great conversation not job related but of family and interest we shared. He than went in and surveyed the job and came up with an excellent price. I hired him and the next day he had a worker show up and he dismantled the entire upstairs carpet in know time and began laying down the vinyl flooring. I was impressed by this gentleman's work ethic. Rene is a very well mannered and experienced in the field he represents. Crew was also well mannered and very work oriented. I have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past. This time I got it right. Honest, experienced and a person of his word. He gave me a bid and stuck to it. I would hire him again and will do so in the near future. If you need someone honest who will not play games then R&M flooring is your company.
