Great price, great experience on the installation. They came when they said they would and finished in one day. In like 7 hours. I love the look, and results. I've already called them back to complete the rest of my home.

Everybody from the beginning of the process all the way into the day of installation was very professional very thorough installation was very fast clean. We are all around very impressed with the company and we are definitely loving our new high-quality carpet with a great warranty.

Horrible experience we were told the installation would take two (2) days to complete and arriving between 9and 11am. Tuesday came and we werent contacted until the afternoon with the contractor expressing a delay because materials werent in. That was the last phone call we recieved and didnt hear back. Come Wednesday no one still hadnt gotten back to us and so I was over it. I called Alexandra to cancel and of course no answer so I left a message to express my dismay and to cancel the entire installation. She never returned my phone call or updated me on anything. An hour later, two gentlemen who didnt know English at all show up to my door and then followed another man who knew some english. My fianc and I allowed the men to work but it took a grueling 12+ HOURS. Im not against Spanish, I just cant speak it and the gentleman would only reply they didnt know English every time I asked a question. To make things worse, my fiance had to keep telling these gentleman to quiet down seeing that I work from home and they kept laughing and talking really loud. After they were done at 930pm they cleaned up as much as possible but left dust everywhere and material pieces everywhere. I also would like to add that they say they move things around for you for but didnt know they threw your belongings on the floor. Comforters and such were on the bathroom floor and needless to say had to be washed. Overall bad installation service!
