I googled "Chase near me" and this popped up; I called them and whoever answered the phone was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, as this is not a Chase bank branch and they do not provide the types of services that you would find in a branch. I appreciated the customer service attitude and willingness to help. Thanks!

I have had the worst experience with JP Morgan Chase and southwest partnership offer available to customers when booking a flight on southwest airlines. I was given a similar offer (apply for credit card through chase and get a$200 refund on your statement for a flight), unfortunately while i was going through the process on southwest airlines website. I was directed to JP Morgan's website on the payment page and the payment didn't go through. I had to go through a 3 hour back and forth with JP Morgan and Southwest airlines. I called the customer service rep. at JP Morgan Chase first who refused to help me. I finally asked for supervisor, who helped me half way through in the process with the card processing. I was then transferred to Southwest customer service (hold time was 30 minutes). Customer service was unable to help me. I was directed to another number - customer relations - who helped me with the other part of the process. Long story short I still have to wait another 4 days to book flight. I called back JP Morgan Chase to help me in any other way - customer service as usual could not, so i was connected to a supervisor who also didn't help. Finally, i was transferred to Cynthia James (Floor Manager at the San Antonio, TX branch), who was the worst - she talked over me many times, tried to drift away from the main topic of conversation, refused many times to give her reporting managers name, refused to transfer the call to her supervisor , refused to transfer me to anyone other supervisor. Finally, hung up the call on me. I have been banking with Chase for a very long time and this the very first and horrible experience i have had with them. Cynthia James had no courtesy or appreciation of the business and number of years i have given to Chase. Cynthia was very happy to cancel the card. Thanks Deep
